| Comments: I am the new guy on the block still working on my first year here at A-VIDD. I have never had a job where the owner listens to suggestions like the way Dave listens to me. You would think that I would have to be around for a lot longer before anybody took me seriously. Things are different here at A-VIDD. Dave really pays attention to everybody's suggestions and acts on the good ideas immediately. |
